At our cottage, we strive to provide you with all the comforts and amenities to ensure a delightful and hassle-free stay. Here is a list of what you can expect to find:

1. Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Our cottage is equipped with a beautiful renovated kitchen that includes appliances such as a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cookware, utensils, and dishes, allowing you to easily prepare and enjoy meals during your stay (Please bring your own cooking oil).

2. Linens and Towels: We provide fresh, clean linens and towels for your convenience. There’s no need to worry about packing these items, as we’ve got you covered. Please keep in mind we provide the number of towels depending on the number of guests coming.

3. Bathroom Essentials: To make your stay more comfortable, we supply essential items like hand soap, toilet paper, and shampoo.

4. Entertainment: You’ll find various entertainment options, such as a pool table and board games to keep you entertained during your downtime.

5. Heating/Cooling: Our cottage is equipped with heating and cooling systems to ensure your comfort regardless of the weather conditions.

6. Outdoor Space: Step outside and enjoy our beautiful outdoor area. You will find a patio and deck with seating, a barbecue grill for cooking with propane tank, and even a fire pit for cozy evenings spent under the stars (fireplace is by the water).

7. WiFi: Stay connected with complimentary WiFi access throughout the cottage. Feel free to browse the internet or stay in touch with loved ones during your stay.

8. Parking: We provide dedicated parking spaces for the convenience of our guests.

9. Cleaning Supplies: You’ll find basic cleaning supplies, ensuring that you can maintain the cottage cleanliness during your stay.

10. This winter we have added a hot tub for you all to enjoy! (Please be aware maximum capacity for the hot tub is 5 people) it is closed during Summer season unless you want to use it, it will be an extra $300.

11. There is 2 kayaks available for you to use, please bring them back to the grass area so it is away from the lake.

12. Please do not go onto other cottage properties, as it is private area.

13. Please keep in mind that the fourth bedroom is separate from the cottage. It has its own door, so you will have to go outside in order to go inside the room. There are fans placed inside to get some breeze but there is no a/c inside that bedroom.

14. While we have stocked the kitchen with essential cookware and utensils, we kindly request that you bring your preferred cooking oil to suit your specific culinary needs. This will ensure that you have everything you require to prepare delicious meals and make the most of the fully equipped kitchen.

You’ll have access to the dock, perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or simply taking in the breathtaking views. We also provide kayaks and a peddle boat for your enjoyment, allowing you to explore the sparkling waters. And our water float offers a delightful spot to lounge and soak up the sun.

– Lake water starts off shallow, offering a safe swimming experience for everyone.
– If planning on bringing a pet, kindly ensure that it remains within your designated cottage area or kept on a leash when exploring other parts of the property.
– To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, we kindly request that you review our cottage rules and regulations, which can be found in our listing.
– We kindly ask all guests to adhere to a noise/music cutoff at 10:00 PM, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
– Bedroom 4, while attached to the cottage, is accessed from outside. It provides a separate and private sleeping space for added convenience and privacy.
