Guidelines for a Seamless Stay:
To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following:

– For bookings of 1 night (minimum), early or late check-in/check-out is not available.
– Please respect our scheduled cleaning times and refrain from requesting a late checkout.
– Parking space is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles per cottage; additional cars require a $50 charge.
– Rest assured, the lake water is safe for swimming.
– To maintain a tranquil environment, kindly minimize noise and music after 10:00 PM.
– Please bring your own supply of bottled water or containers for drinking and ice purposes, as we do not provide water or ice during your stay.
– Secure kayaks and water equipment on land to prevent loss; a damage charge will be applied if lost or damaged.
– We encourage guests to bring insect/mosquito repellent as they will be present for the evening/night hours

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:

We warmly welcome well-behaved and house-trained furry pets to join you during your stay.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have a nominal pet fee of $200. This fee helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our cottage, ensuring that the next guests have a fresh and allergen-free environment.

During your stay, kindly take responsibility for your pet, keeping them within the designated cottage area or on a leash when exploring the property. Please note that any damages caused by your pet will be your responsibility, and you may be subject to additional charges for repairs or replacements.
