Please note that while the cottage is not directly next to the lake, you will have convenient access to the shared lake and beach area, which is located across cottage #6. We kindly request that you respect the privacy of cottage #6 and avoid walking directly in front of it. Instead, use the small stair entrance provided as you approach the lake.
There are signs as well to help with guidance.

To guarantee a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following house rules:

– Treat our cottage with care and respect.

– No smoking inside the property. Including the use of weed or drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.

– Adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Late check-out or early check-in will incur a fee of $40 per hour.

– Please leave the cottage reasonably tidy to avoid an additional charge for a deep clean.

– Prior approval is necessary for pets. Keep them within your cottage area or on a leash to respect other guests.

– Please refrain from rearranging furniture.

– Prohibit the use of illegal substances on the premises.

– Wash and put away dishes after use.

– Enjoy indoor games responsibly, ensuring all pieces are accounted for.

– Rest assured, the lake water is safe for swimming.

– Minimize noise and music after 10:00 PM to respect other guests’ tranquility.

– Kindly note that we do not provide water or ice during your stay. We recommend bringing your own supply of bottled water or water containers.

– To maintain a fresh and allergen-free environment, we have a nominal pet fee of $200 for guests bringing pets.

– Refrain from wandering onto other cottages and docks during your stay, as each cottage and dock is privately owned.

– This cottage does not have a dock, only beach and lake area access are permitted.

– Dispose of up to 3 bags of garbage, including 1 bag for recycling, 2 for glass bottles, and 3 for compost.

– Kindly remove shoes when inside the cottage.

– Please do not dispose of food or grease down the sink.

– If bringing pet, please review the pet guidelines highlighted in our listing.

– Safely store any water equipment back on the land area after use.
2 kayaks per cottage are permitted to ensure fair distribution.

– Refrain from wandering into other cottages’ private areas and instead remain on your designated side to respect the privacy and comfort of all our guests.
