Kawartha Lakes Serenity Cottage

This cottage is conveniently positioned in front of the shared lake and beach area, giving you a great view of the lake!

Please note that as the cottage is strategically located, there may be other guests at the lake and beach area since it is shared. However, we assure you that the serenity and privacy of your stay will remain undisturbed.

We want to emphasize that this cottage is in a resort area! Meaning there are surrounding cottages around.

As part of the shared lake area you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, water peddling and more!
As for resort activities, you can enjoy a variety of recreational options, including a swing set, volleyball/badminton net, soccer net, and basketball net.
For those who prefer indoor entertainment, we’ve got you covered with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi and fun indoor games! Feel free to peruse our guestbook for recommendations on fun activities, local restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, and more!

To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

* For bookings of 1 night (minimum), early or late check-in/check-out is not available.
* We have scheduled cleaners, so we kindly request that you refrain from requesting a late checkout.
* Parking space is limited to a maximum of 2-3 vehicles per cottage.
* Rest assured, the lake water is safe for swimming.
* We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests, so we kindly request that noise and music are kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
* Kindly note we do not provide water or ice during your stay.
We recommend bringing your own supply of bottled water or water containers to ensure you have access to fresh drinking water throughout your visit. Additionally, please plan accordingly and bring your own ice if you require it for beverages or any other purposes during your stay.

Pets: We warmly welcome well-behaved and house-trained furry pets to join you during your stay.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have a nominal pet fee of $200. This helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our cottage, ensuring that the next guests have a fresh and allergen-free environment.

During your stay, we kindly ask that you take responsibility for your pet. To be considerate of other guests, we request that you keep your pet within the designated cottage area or on a leash when exploring other parts of the property.

Please note that any damages caused by your pet will be your responsibility, and you may be subject to additional charges if repairs or replacements are necessary.
