Access to your own private dock, and explore the natural beauty of the area from our cottage’s private lake access. Take a refreshing dip or embark on a peaceful paddle in a kayak.

To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. For bookings of 1 night (minimum), early or late check-in/check-out is not available.

2. We have scheduled cleaners, so we kindly request that you refrain from requesting a late checkout.

3. Parking space is limited to a maximum of 2-3 vehicles per cottage.

4. Rest assured, the lake water is safe for swimming.

5. We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests, so we kindly request that noise and music are kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

6. Kindly note we do not provide water or ice during your stay. We recommend bringing your own supply of bottled water or water containers to ensure you have access to fresh drinking water throughout your visit. Additionally, please plan accordingly and bring your own ice if you require it for beverages or any other purposes during your stay.

7. Pets: We warmly welcome well-behaved and house-trained furry pets to join you during your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have a nominal pet fee of $200. This helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our cottage, ensuring that the next guests have a fresh and allergen-free environment.

8. During your stay, we kindly ask that you take responsibility for your pet. To be considerate of other guests, we request that your pet be kept within the designated cottage area or on a leash when exploring other parts of the property.

9. Please note that any damages caused will be your responsibility, and may be subject to additional charges if repairs or replacements are necessary.

10. We kindly ask for guests to not wonder around other cottages as they are private area.
